Halduchaur, a town 15 kilometres away from Haldwani, in the district of Nainital in Uttarakhand. Thus the college has come into existence in the year 2002 initially as a technical institute.

Later on it acquire a new name Lal Bahadur Shastri Degree College which was a deeply cherished dream project of Mr. Harish Chandra Durgapal, then President and all members of the Regional Rural Development Committee of Halduchaur. Later on Mr. Harish Chandra Durgapal then Honourable labour Minister and all the members of Management Committee decided to hand over the college to the Govt. of Uttarakhand.   View More
